Oak Point Students Train as Ambassadors for Shot@Life

April 12, 2016 // Oak Point University
Oak Point received a great opportunity to partner with Shot@Life, a United Nations Foundation that advocates for vaccinations around the world, to prevent diseases such as measles, pneumonia, polio, and diarrhea, which can be life-threatening in many countries.

On Monday, April 4, four representatives from Shot@Life flew from Washington D.C. to meet with and train Oak Point students to become ambassadors of advocating for vaccinations. Oak Point is one of only three schools in the Chicagoland area that has been given this opportunity.
