Webinar Outcomes: Attendees will be able to articulate the three key motivation factors for patients, articulate the significance of the Coburn Study’s meaning for nurse case management; and articulate the key principles and strategies on how to incorporate the science of motivation and the insight of the Coburn study into practice.
