Thinking Out Loud: Men in Healthcare Panelists

Oak Point University is hosting Thinking Out Loud: Men in Healthcare, a speaker series featuring a panel of men with careers in nursing, radiography and health informatics on Saturday, April 11 from 9:30 a.m. – 12 noon at 1431 N. Claremont in Chicago.

The panel will speak candidly about the challenges and rewards of being men in these fields, as well as any stigmas or stereotypes they may face in roles that are traditionally dominated by women, such as nursing.  They each have a personal perspective about the benefits of their careers, and can discuss the technical and clinical skills they use daily in their roles.
