Admission Criteria

Students who have completed all required prerequisite general education requirements and imaging support courses may apply for the bachelor’s degree in imaging technology (BSIT).

An applicant will be considered for admission into the radiography program if the following criteria are met:

  1. Earned a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.00 on a 4.00 scale*
  2. Completed the
    1. ATI TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) exam with a minimum comprehensive score of 60%, including a minimum score of 60% in the science section or the
    2. HESI exam with a minimum comprehensive score of 70%, including minimum scores of 70% in the science, math, English, and reading comprehension sections
  3. Held in good standing at previous colleges and universities attended

*Math and science courses must be achieved with a final grade of  “C” or better within the last five calendar years.

As an upper-division transfer school, BSIT candidates will need to transfer in approximately 53 semester credits in general education and imaging support courses. Applying

  1. Submit your application for admission
  2. Pay your $50 non-refundable application fee
  3. Submit your supplemental admissions documents via email or mail to the Oak Brook Campus “Attn: Admissions”
    • Official transcripts documenting proof of graduation
    • Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
  4. Take, and successfully complete, the ATI TEAS exam
  5. Schedule a call with your Enrollment Advisor

Congrats! You got in! Now what?

Your student file must be completed before classes start. This includes:

  1. Pay your enrollment fee
  2. Pass the criminal background check
  3. Pass the drug screening test
  4. Provide proof of completing all required health documentation
  5. Complete clinical compliance documentation
