Admission Criteria

An applicant will be considered for admission into the DNP program if the following criteria are met:e

  1. Earned a minimum cumulative graduate grade point average (GPA) of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale
  2. Holds a current and unencumbered RN license
  3. Held in good standing at all previous colleges and universities attended 

Applying

  1. Submit your application for admission
  2. Pay your $50 non-refundable application fee
  3. Submit your supplemental admissions documents via email or mail to the Oak Brook Campus “Attn: Admissions”
    1. Official transcript documenting proof of graduation
    2. Resume or curriculum vitae
    3. Letter of recommendation highlighting professional growth and potential success as a DNP Scholar
  4. Schedule a call with your Enrollment Advisor
  5. Schedule an interview with the DNP Admissions Team

Accepting

Congrats! You got in! Now what?

Your student file must be completed before classes start. This includes:

  1. Pay your enrollment fee
  2. Pass the criminal background check
  3. Pass the drug screening test
  4. Provide proof of completing all required health documentation
  5. Complete clinical compliance documentation
  6. Successful completion of the DNP Orientation
