Resurrection University was founded as the West Suburban Hospital School for Nurses in 1914, and has enjoyed a rich history of preparing students for professional healthcare careers for over a century. Today, Resurrection University is a fully-accredited, not-for-profit University focused on nursing and health sciences. ResU offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in nursing and radiography.
The University is located in the heart of Chicago’s historic Wicker Park neighborhood. The campus is LEED certified (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) and includes 44 offices, 10 classrooms and a 6,200 square-foot, state-of-the-art interprofessional Simulation Learning Center.
