LATHAM WILLIAMS is the co-founder and principal of HeadLights, LLC, where he is engaged in career coaching, recruiting, and board and senior leadership assessment and development. He is a consultant to Epic Business Strategies and the Exeter Group and is the founding member of The Latham Williams Law Group, LLC, where he is involved in corporate transactions, crisis management, and business disputes. He served over eleven years as the chief legal officer and corporate secretary at Hudson Global, Inc., a worldwide publicly-traded talent solutions company. He was a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, as well as the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and was on the Chief Legal Officers’ Section of the Conference Board.

A guest lecturer at the University of California-Berkeley (Haas Business School), Stanford Law School, the American Medical Association, and the American Dental Association, he chaired the Board of Trustees of Fielding Graduate University and became a lifetime member of the Law Board of the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. He served on the Board of Trustees of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago Foundation, and the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.

A past governor of the Illinois State Bar Association and past president and director of the Minority Legal Education Resources, Inc., Mr. Williams holds a bachelor’s in psychology with honors from Macalester College, a master’s in health services management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a JD from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
