Maintaining Accuracy and Security of Education Records
The Office of the Registrar exists to help students, faculty, and staff. We coordinate the registration process, schedule classrooms, collect grades, verify enrollment, assist with Veterans Affairs benefit processing, issue official transcripts, confer degrees and report data at the state and national levels.

Our Mission
To provide efficient access to information and to coordinate the administrative matters of students and faculty. We strive to place service to students and faculty as our priority, acknowledging that these stakeholders are our primary focus.

The Office of the Registrar effectively communicates the policies and procedures for student and academic records. Acting as the “watchful eyes and conscience” of the University’s rules and regulations, we ensure that policies and procedures are executed in a manner that is compliant, compassionate, and fair. Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
